I live in Auckland, New Zealand and offer mindfulness, breathwork and meditation coaching globally by online video sessions. My goal is to offer a variety of simple yet powerful practices and tools that are tailored to your personal needs as an individual.

I will help you learn how to reduce stress and increase peace and happiness in your everyday life.  I will coach you to mindfully design a life that you love waking up to every day.

I have been practising mindfulness and meditation for over 30 years. I completed the 8-week MBSR course and studied mindfulness under the guidance of renowned monks in the Mahabodhi Meditation centre in Ladakh and Tushitha Mediation centre in Dharamsala both located in the Himalayan region of India. I am also a certified Mindful Yoga teacher.

I have been teaching  the wisdom of mindful living, meditation, mindful yoga and non-dual spirituality for the last fifteen years.
